What People Say

Most Liked

Customers rave about the cafe's friendly service, creating a warm community atmosphere. The wide array of impressive lattes, notably the dulce de leche and horchata lattes, showcase unique flavors that keep patrons coming back. Folks also love the breakfast burrito, known for its generous portions and scrumptious ingredients. On Saturdays, you might find the cafe buzzing with locals who appreciate the chill vibe while they catch up over avocado toast or pastries. The comfy seating and Wi-Fi access earn points, making it a great place for students or remote workers. Plus, the family-friendly environment welcomes kids, adding to its charm.

Most Disliked

Some visitors wish the cafe opened earlier, especially on weekdays, to cater to those on their morning commute. High peaks on Saturdays can lead to limited seating, which might deter larger groups or those seeking a quiet environment. A few customers noted occasional delays during busy lunch hours, even if the staff works hard to keep everything flowing. While the atmosphere is generally praised, some feel the noise level can rise when full, possibly affecting the relaxing vibe. Lastly, limited parking options nearby can be a hassle depending on the time of visit.

Steps from the end of the brown line, this small cafe serves dark matter coffee along side some excellent breakfast & brunch options. Everything we got was excellent and staff were very friendly. There's some nice art and the walls and the atmosphere was nice with some light music playing in the background. Very much worth the stop.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem with Heart and Flavor! I had the pleasure of visiting this cozy, family-owned coffee shop, and it was truly a delightful experience. The drinks were absolutely fantastic. I tried the horchata latte and the dulce de leche latte, and both were rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced in flavor. You can really taste the love and care that goes into every cup. What made the experience even better was the family running the place. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. It's the kind of spot where you’re not just a customer — you're treated like part of the community. If you're looking for great coffee and even better people, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

I really wish this place would consider opening at 7am so more people can stop in to get a coffee on their way to work. In all seriousness, they have some of the best coffee I've ever tasted! Can't wait to go back and try some of their food as well.

Update: 8-20-22; We were in town again and stopped by for some breakfast. The bagel and salmon was very delicious. They also had the blue coffee again this time. First time having it and it was a little sweet but very good. We got one hot and one cold. The place was crowded as usual and had about a 35 min wait for a table so we decided to grab it to go. The desert was very good and tasty. I was visiting friends in Chicago and we decided to stop in for breakfast. The service was a little slow but add limited staffing. The mocha I got was good but took a while to show up. And the food was pretty good.
